Things have been going great with my diet and exercise plan. I still have not weighed myself and I really do not care to. When I look in the mirror I see a healthy person and that is all that matters.
I feel like my pants are fitting a little looser which is good. Also, my stomach feels less bloated than it used to. Yay!
I usually wear sweat pants and beat up tops so sometimes it is nice to put on something a little cuter than that. I decided to try on a patriotic tank top that I planned on wearing in the summer. Not too sure if I like it yet though!
I also made a really easy crockpot meal. You just put a pound of Polish sausage, sliced onions, sliced peppers, seasoning and some crushed tomatoes into a crockpot. Let it cook on high for three hours and you have got yourself a yummy low carb meal!
